Instructions
Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cook Shrimp: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in wine and cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Assemble: Add shrimp back into the skillet. Transfer to the baking dish.
Top: Sprinkle Parmesan and breadcrumbs over the shrimp.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
