  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice

Instructions:

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil until browned on both sides.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
  • Mix soups, broth, and rice in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture into baking dish, add vegetables, and top with chicken.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
  • Serve hot!
